Hey, about U4Pak.
I'm used to use that for making paks on SFV. Aka Sf5tech.
But there's certain problems with this one compare to the other one i use on SFV.
After i've created the foldor structure of SCVI which is: SoulcaliburVII>Content>Sound etc.
Then dragged my mod folder into the bat file. It does say something about invalid number of parameter. (Screenshot) Not sure if thats ok och bad.
However, the pak file will work in-game.
I wished it maintained the folder "Content" with my files inside in it while creating a pak file.
On my SFV paking proccess, it does maintain the content folder.

Does Unpak work?? 
Putted my pak in the unpak folder and pressed "UNPACK-SCVI.bat", dont remember what it stood but it deleted my Unpak folder alongside with my pak file.
Gotta restart again rip.
Anyone same?

Here's an alternative for creating PAK files: http://modderbase.com/showthread.php?tid=834

This tool adds compression (much smaller file sizes and should also result in faster loading).

Anyone know where I can find cheat engine and some ct files / table

I downloaded a char from cascards with glowing horns. I understand it's done in CE somehow. Do you have to load the PNG into CE to edit ? I'm looking for downloads, and instructions.

PS: not to overglow everything, just to add some "how the f**k did you do that" flexibility. My created souls so far (including use of some mods) are here: ( https://www.deviantart.com/bboisera/gall...soul-souls ) i'm ver 1.01 because official updated kill my game (windows 7) but i'd sure love to give em a little more 'kick' by releasing the limits of the CaS engine, and working beyond them. I've been creative so far, now it's time to go one step beyond ! and contribute to this amazing community.
