dtk mnr's Blender Plugins for 2.8

So lately, I've been messing around with DOA5 moveset modding again, and found myself in a bit of a dilemma. I'm used to using Blender 2.8 by now, but the Bone Motion importer and exporter by dtk mnr are written for Blender 2.75+, so what I ended up doing was updating both python plugins for Blender 2.80+.

I'm going to try to update all of dtk mnr's un-updated Blender plugins for Blender 2.80+. Hopefully this encourages modders to try their luck at DOA5 again.

The updated plugins so far:
Bone Motion Exporter
Bone Motion Importer

To install, go into Blender, Edit > Preferences > Addons > Install...

That said, there are still a lot of bugs with both of the current plugins. Use at your own discretion.

Update 1:
Fixed a bug where the bones would not deform properly.
Fixed an export issue where .csv files would not export.

Update 2:
Added Convert Rotation plugin.
Fixed .tdpack importing with Bone Motion Importer (New Mirror/GDrive link)
