You need NinjaRipper to extract costumes and textures

Nah, TMC's & can be pulled directly from memory and then exported using a Noesis plugin, that's why I was wondering if you were using that method yet, or if you wanted it. 

The models use different weights & DOA5 tools don't work, but at least for some weights it's helpful.

Sorry for the delayed reply. I started typing one and then realized it'd be better to make a tutorial since it starting getting complicated trying to explain the hex stuff.
