Thanks @"ValhallaOutcast" It wont break the mod, but depending on how many mods you have, a pak might not load and renaming it so its higher up in the alphabetical order can solve the issue.

Hello, I'm a newbie SFV modder and this is my very first mod...F.A.N.G in Hsien-Ko /Lei-Lei -esque costume. This was something I've always wanted, but it was just an idea...until I finally got into modding myself and fulfilled my own wish! (2) There's no movement on the front and back lower cloth because the original FBX file don't have the bones for the cloth (I used both BrutalAce's and DragonLord720's files). Also from my own extracted files from the game, the original Physics Uasset file was also missing the cloth bone information, so I'm guessing the makers from Capcom used a different physics system to animate FANG's cloth??? Unfortunately, I can't just add on new physics onto the existing original physics file on Unreal Engine, unless I use APEX to do that, which requires Autodesk 3ds Max and I do not have that. So I attempted to add bones, physics to the cloth, and redo the physics on his sleeves. Sadly, the movement didn't look right, so I just left it as it is (boneless in that particular cloth area) and just used the original physics file from the game. Maybe in the future I'll figure it out. (3) I wanted to make alt colors for this costume, but for some reason when I changed the colors on SFv Color Edit Tool, the colors reverted back to default when playing the game. When I edited colors for Costume 2, it actually works very well (maybe because it holds 10 colors), but for some reason it doesn't seem to work with Costume 1 (it holds 15 colors). I guess that's why in all of the color editing tutorials out there, I only see customized colors for Costumes 2, 3, 4 etc, but never for 1...and that's for all the characters. (4) Check out on his V-Trigger 2. He glows very brightly. I didn't intend that to happen, but it looks cool

Congrats on the first mod for the cloth issue, sfv uses APEX physics on all cloth animation in the game, and APEX is not extractable, so that animation is always lost when editing the model, which makes uncesoring the school costumes difficult. Only option is to recreate the APEX, or add the bones and paint the weights to them and do the physics in unreal, which requires to remake all the physics of the costume. for the colour issue, its because the game got patched with a title update that adds a new colour on all C1 gots, and if you are using the ~mods folder method, the mod gets replaced by the patch, to fix that, you need to go to C:\Users\*your name*\AppData\Local\StreetFighterV\Saved\download and replace the dlc. manifest with this modified one. https://www.mediafire.com/file/yrzdikzaz...ifest/file then move the 2 pak files in that folder to your games main pak folder

There is also the APEX SDK. @"Ouji" was nice enough to compile some of that intel. I've heard the Max plugin is a lot better but I'm awful with Max so that's a no go for me. |
