Dead or Alive 6 Modding discussion and discovery - Monkeygigabuster - 03-04-2019

Just like the title said
DOA6 doesn't utilize UE4 just like other fighting game such as SFV so the modding possibility for this game is uncertain.That's why I haven't requested for a modding thread for this game yet.
IF you guys have any modding information and from other website for DOA6,please post it here.
Also,PleaseĀ  refrain from posting that is not related to DOA6 modding

Usage: drag and drop the file with extension .rdb (not the .rdb.bin!, not the .rdb.bin_0!). Make sure, though, that the .rdb.bin, and the .rdb.bin_0 (if it exists) are in the same directory.



The program will create a folder with the same name that the file but without the extension, and it will unpack all files there. You may want to copy things to other places to not dirty the game directory, but that's up to you.



The program has no use for regular users. It is for modders so that they can research the game files and formats."

Some people on loverslab have gotten old tools to work on the game but most of them are keeping them to themselves until they can make their own version suitable for wide use.

For example, according to ausgeek, an old version of the program people used to mesh edit DoA Venus Vacation can apparently be used on DoA6 with "a few tricks" but i think that person wants to make their own release of the tool that wont require whatever tricks hes refering to.

Someone else named Box_420 managed to pull textures using "IntelGPA (a specific version which unfortunately cannot be obtained)"

I'd consider it one if only because of the screenshot threads that are specifically for posting sexy and/or explicit screenshots and videos lol.

Is there mod to adjust fps settings in game? I mean scaling 100%, turn off unnecessary photorealism effects that reduces performance, etc? My game runs at 15 fps lol.

id also be interested in more specific graphical options. it would be nice to be able to improve performance by turning off like, depth of field or something else i dont need so i could keep the other effects on high and bump up the character shadows

^ Exactly this. Remove vignette, motion blur, film grain and chromatic aberration if possible.
