Hey,

I have searched this forum for similar question but I couldn't find any.

So, can I have more than one modded slot per character (e.g. C1, C3, C9 to be modded at the same time)?
I had some memories that you can have one modded skin per slot on character but as soon as I put more than one modded skins (e.g. moddedSakuraC1 and moddedSakuraC9) they either bug out and look hideous or the game just doesn't register them and the skins are back on default (btw all modded skins work when there is only one skin per character, not per slot).

Is there any way I can fix this so that I can have each slot to be with modded skin?
Yes you can

Is there any reason why it doesn't work for me?
I put the .pak files in "...SteamApps\common\StreetFighterV\StreetFighterV\Content\Paks\~mods" and if the mod has also a character folder I put that character folder in "...\SteamApps\common\StreetFighterV\StreetFighterV\Content\Chara\" and the game still allows me to use only one modded skin per character.
I recommend using only pak files (to avoid conflict) you can use the ~mods folder method like you did but I recommend you use PMM (Pak Mod Manager): http://www.modderbase.com/showthread.php?tid=65

Only the .pak in ~mods should be enough, don't do the other thing. Also, each mod has an assigned slot that should be specified in the mod's readme or wherever you got it from. C1, C2, C3 and so on... that lets you know which character costume it will replace.
